LIVSPUSSEL & LIVSBALANS UTBILDNINGNAR

Mina Livspussel och Livsbalans utbildningar riktar sig till ALLA oavsett om du är en privatperson, en företagsledare samt en student som snart ska komma ut i arbetslivet. Retreats
Retreats enable participants to pause and take time (from one day to several days) to reflect on their view of life puzzle, work-life balance, and leadership. Retreats are limited to 6 participants so that everyone can be co-active in a rewarding interaction and learning. Retreats include group discussions as well as always some personal coaching.
Workshops and Webinars
Workshops and Webinars are for those who long for change, but do not know how to get started. Both are aimed at those who wish to be inspired by new perspectives on life puzzles, work-life balance, and leadership. The goal is to equip participants with initial tools for further reflection and learning. Therefore, workshops and Webinars are designed in a compact format of up to a couple of hours.

As a researcher after 25 years in life puzzles, work-life balance, and leadership, I am happy to share my research, experience, and knowledge to engage you, your colleagues, and students towards greater well-being. Come today and talk about what you wish to share with your colleagues!

In my 20 years as a university teacher, I hear so many clichés about working life among students that many may not be ready to work and start their "so-called real life". In order for students to be able to achieve harmony in their future lives between work and life responsibilities, it is necessary to educate them now.

BUSINESS EDUCATION

As business economists, I offer various courses in business, management and leadership to companies in the frame of their competence development programme. I am also available for universities in the same fields. All business education can be tailored to your company's needs and conditions as far as time and format allow.

Strategic HRM
On one hand, you have the strategy and too often on the other hand, you have HR. This course offers you both a theoretical understanding and a practical application of how to align your HR strategy and processes with the business strategy.
Sustainable Leadership for Sustainability
On one hand, leadership is definitely a key issue for success for all types of organizations. On the other hand, leadership has been a center of research interest for many years so that theoretically we are not nagging about it. But why do leaders fail and why can't they create sustainable conditions for their leadership to have a positive and sustainable impact. This course deals with sustainable leadership for sustainability. It provides theoretical understanding but also practical implications. This course also supports leadership development by including individual leadership coaching.
Change management
Today's world is simply characterized by two simple words: change and sustainability. It can be further qualified as a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world, that is, a VUCA world. How do we lead in such a turbulent context? I will not be dishonest with you...I do not know. I do not know because there is no longer a single way to manage change, but there is a need for a versatile perspective to lead change. The purpose of this course is to help you theoretically and practically navigate between leading change and organizing change work.
Communication and Rhetoric
Nothing can be not communicated, everything is about "communicating". But how can organizations and leaders communicate in a way that convinces others instead of imposing their views and manipulating them? How can organizations and leaders communicate so that everyone can influence the company's success? This is about rhetoric and using it wisely and ethically. This course focuses on critically understanding rhetoric and its positive characteristics and also pitfalls. This course practically trains you in developing your rhetorical capacity in positive communication.
To be a truly service-oriented organization
It goes without saying that our society has become so-called "service-based" so that people, customers, are looking for solutions for their daily lives. But how many of the same people have also claimed that they are not satisfied with the service...many. Developing and maintaining a service organization is unique. This course delves deeper into service leadership and service management. It is especially suitable for service organizations that want to redefine their strategies and tactics to be authentically service-oriented. This course can be conducted in conjunction with consulting assignments so that direct practical application can be achieved.
Scientific methods for Students & Leaders/Decision Makers
Making decisions is an art or is it science? At least decision-making processes should better be based on clarity and understanding in data collection and data analysis. This is what we call "scientific methods". Of course, this course on "scientific methods" can be given to students within the framework of academic studies but it is also a course that is relevant for leaders and decision-makers who want to improve the quality of their decisions... even when made based on professional intuition, as such intuition is actually organized. This course explores scientific method and methods by offering a mental and practical map of choices to be made in handling data collection and analysis.
Thesis supervision & Thesis Support
Throughout my academic career, I have supervised many theses at bachelor's and master's level (approximately 15 projects per year). I have therefore developed knowledge and deep experience in handling theses. I have also developed a practical view on academic thesis work that I can share with students seeking extra support in the process.
